The breakfast was satisfactory and the pool was good. Our rooms were newly renovated and clean and available with garden view and a kitchenette and nice bathroom. Also, location was wonderful, just a short stroll away from a beach park.

The staff was very accommodating. The location was great -- you could see the ocean from the motel.
The price was way too high for what was essentially a motel -- not hotel. And they need more people on their cleaning crew.

Feel the $229/night rate was very high considering the age and worn condition of the facility. No air conditioning, and very little off street parking, so some guests have to pay meters for parking nearby. Surely there are better options elsewhere.

The location! That is all.
This is not a hotel. Its more like a motel. The rooms need to be freshened up or renovated. Also rooms need to be cleaned better, espeacialy the bathrooms were mold is seen on the silicone joins. Cracked basin and loose shower and tap fittings. This place is one of the cheapest for its location, as we saw why. But excellent location.

Location is excellent beach and restaurants shopping. Staff were very helpful and Internet connection was good. Good to have parking onsite.
Being english. A kettle for making tea would have been great.

Great location, cute little rooms, no problem with check in and check out. Internet, it was quiet, great, close to the beach.
The plumbing made some weird noises around the room but otherwise all ok.

The room was beautifully decorated with a beachy vibe and super clean. Plus, it had a nice terrace right in front of the beach. The staff was friendly, letting us park early so we could hit the beach right away. Beach towels and a carry bag were a nice touch!

The hotel was located not far from the main attractions, and Venice Beach and Downtown. Everyone we met from the staff was fabulously helpful. Double room we stayed at was themed with modern furniture. The location was beautiful, a 10-15 minute walk from a jointed pier.
Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Cramped parking lot, the room was over-priced considering how small it was.

Greate location close to the seaside not far to walk area. Clean and nice design of the room. Large bed!!!
They should change the staf of reception. Very boring and unkindly broken all image of the hotel! And parking was fully booked should doble check it.
